Ordering: We require that all orders be paid in full when order is placed.

Traveling: Tiered cakes are to be handled with care. Cakes should be placed in a cool vehicle to be transported and on a completely flat surface. Drive extremely cautious when driving with a tiered cake. Avoid hard stops at all costs. Once you leave with the cake, Bliss Patisserie is NOT responsible for any damages made to the cake. If you contact us ASAP, we will do our best in repairing the cake, however there will be no refund and it may incur am additional charge.

Refund/Exchange Policy: We take pride in our desserts. If you are unhappy with your order, notify us immediately (within 24 hours of pickup) of your concern and return the dessert to us. We will give up a credit for the amount returned. All refunds will be credited to the credit card or on an in-store credit. 

 

Order cancellation policy: Bliss Patisserie understands that things happen and plans change. We will gladly assist you in making changes whenever possible. We accept weekday cancellations by phone only, 3 business days before  your scheduled pickup. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given. Orders that are not picked up will NOT be refunded. 

 

Wedding deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any wedding/groom's cake cancelled 3-6 months prior to your wedding date will receive only 50% back on any payments made after the deposit. 

 

Change Order: There will be a $15 Change Order fee for any changes that are requested within 24 hours of the time required.
