Bliss Patisserie was established in September of 2015 by CEO, Haley Thompson. Haley's dream of owning a bake shoppe started at a very young age, as she baked sweets for family and friends from her home in Prairieville, Louisiana. As a young child growing up, she was always attentive as members of her family baked delectable sweets and treats from recipes that were passed down from generations.
Her passion for baking grew and she soon became one of the areas sought after home bakers. Upon completing high school with honors and a mound of academic and culinary scholarship offers, Haley decided to forgo formal training and follow the path God had ordained for her to journey.
She stepped out on faith and opened a series of two bake shoppes within a seven month window at 18 years old and is now currently pursing her dream as a self-taught pastry chef and bake shoppe owner. With the help of her family, friends, and amazing team of bakers and decorators, Bliss Patisserie will continue to flourish and serve its surrounding communities.
